Ad’ar‭: ‬The Professional Forum to Fight the Murder of Women‭, ‬led an extended workshop for the social services department of the regional council Maroum Hagaleel‭. ‬

The workshop addressed diverse topics such as‭: ‬The current challenges that the social workers face in treating Gender Based Violence during times of war and crisis‭, ‬red bulbs‭, ‬conflicts within the families‭, ‬etc‭. ‬

‮ ‬Ad’ar Association:The Professional Forum‮ ‬‭ ‬to Fight the urder of women‭ , ‬opened a course under the title‭ :”‬Change Ambassadors‭” ‬in‮ ‬‭ ‬Turan village‭. ‬The course was designed‮ ‬for‮ ‬local leaders and aimed at training and supervision alongside the social welfare department in the field of eliminating domestic violence and identifying red bulbs and signs of bullying in the various frameworks‭.‬‮ ‬

As part of the series of lectures given by Ad’ar association: The Professional Forum to Fight the Murder of Women, for the audience of therapists in the field of treating gender based violence, and in parallel with the seven-year anniversary of the establishment of the Ad’ar association, a symposium was held in the association on the topic “Economic violence: an ongoing process of violence from marriage For Divorce” by researcher Dr. Maha Karkabi- Sabbah, senior lecturer and researcher at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. At the symposium, Dr. Karkabi-Sabbah presented the results of the research she conducted in the field of economic violence among Arab women in Israel.
